Having a little fun before bedtime

One of Aiden's favorite times of the day is after bath and before bed. We all gather in his room (Emma and Katie join us if they are home) and there is about 15 minutes of complete silliness before we calm down and read books. Each night is a little different, but there is always LOTS of laughter. Like many things the fun couldn't totally be captured in the pictures, but this should give you a little sneak peak into our nightly shenanigans!!!

2 Months old...

I am not sure how many times I can say this, but WOW time flies!!! Miss Bella is now 2 months old and as happy as ever. She is growing like a weed and at her appt today she was 10lbs 12oz and 23 1/2 inches long. Aside from a tiny infection in her left eye (you can see it in the pics) she is very healthy and we are so thankful for that. She is such an alert little girl and if she is awake she is smiling and talking. She is super strong and is constantly lifting her little head up to look around. I swear she gets more beautiful every day. Bella is such a perfect addition to our family and we feel more blessed each day that she is with us. Happy 2 month Birthday, baby girl...we love you SO much!

Bella's First Beach Trip

We went down to the beach house for the first time this year. We were joined by Cam's brother Chris, his wife, and their son Connor and Cam's brother Matt and his son, Lucas. Cam's parents were also down at the coast staying at their house. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the company. This was Bella's first trip to the beach and she seemed to like it very much :). We were so lucky to have great weather and it really got us excited for many more trips down this spring and summer.

Where is Katie

I am sure many of you notice the absence of Katie in our pictures lately. Well, let me tell you she is one busy teenager. Between cheer leading, softball, singing and friends we don't see much of her these days. We miss her, but we are very proud of all she is doing. Here are a few pictures (courtesy of her mom) from the last two weekends. We love and miss you, Katie!

Sweet Little Sleeper

We are not sure why, but Bella always sleeps with her hand in front of her face. She looks so sweet when she does it that I can't help but take pictures. I have tons of pictures of her like this but I just can't seem to get enough!

Wedding in the snow!

A friend of ours got married on Mt Hood a few weekends ago. It was a very small wedding in the snow...pretty cool. We all went sledding (well Bella and I watched) before the ceremony then threw snowballs after. Congratulations, Jen and Timm...we had a blast!

Aiden went face first in the snow a few times, but he didn't really mind!
